FutureX operates under a clearly defined leadership development timeline.The company has 17 months to develop leaders who can achieve sustainable success. Under an accelerated pathway, within 13 months, FutureX aims to cultivate leaders who reach millionaire-level performance.


FutureX’s leadership strategy differs fundamentally from conventional models. Rather than concentrating influence at the executive level, the company focuses on creating ICON Leaders — individuals who can represent the company professionally, communicate across all platforms, and serve as trusted points of alignment for new and existing members.


This approach strengthens system loyalty, reduces dependency on executives, and ensures long-term organizational stability.


January 2026: System Foundation & Operations

January 2026 is dedicated to laying the operational and structural foundation of FutureX.


Key initiatives include regional staff training visits, regardless of the presence of retail locations, to ensure proper system usage and consistent communication standards.


The company will implement an outsourced logistics model, with product fulfillment handled directly from warehouses rather than the head office. A barcode-based fulfillment system will be used to ensure accuracy and full tracking visibility.


A new 200 PV product set priced at 980 THB will be introduced to support market entry and reduce initial participation costs for members.

Additionally, the company will recruit international operations staff and expand the headquarters at Imperial Ladprao, adding new meeting rooms and upgrading existing areas to enhance professionalism and capacity.


February 2026: Expansion & Optimization

February 2026 marks the transition into expansion and optimization.

The company plans to organize an Expo prior to Chinese New Year, including seminars and product booths, to establish a scalable event model for leaders across regions. Senior leadership will participate in recognition of the importance of this period.


New products will be launched to strengthen the existing portfolio, including:

  • Detox

  • Slimming

  • Liver care

  • Weight control products


Regional Managers will be appointed to oversee international coordination, and a formal code of conduct will be implemented to align with industry-leading standards.


System Rules, Growth & Alignment

FutureX enforces strict non-negotiable system principles, including:

  • No sponsor data modification

  • No line transfers

  • Clear volume maintenance requirements for income qualification


Accounts with no activity exceeding six months will be temporarily inactivated.

System development for multi-currency and multi-language support is currently 60% complete and expected to finish in February.


Members are required to complete personal data records. Thirty members with completed profiles will receive a 1,000 THB wallet incentive.


Despite the absence of promotions, growth has remained stable, reflecting a strong and sustainable system. PV values will not be discounted.


As the company enters Quarter 2, alignment under a single identity — FutureX — is essential for collective progress.
